Configure an Open Trace Details interaction occurrence

1.Go to the chart editing page and click the Interaction Occurrences tab. On the Interaction Occurrences tab, click Add Field and select a field. Then, click Add Event and select Open Trace Details. The following figure shows the configurations.

2.In the Open Trace Details dialog box, configure related parameters and click OK. On the page that appears, save the configurations.

3.On the page that appears, click a column in the chart. The chart shows Open Trace Details. Click Open Trace Details. The trace details page is displayed.
